Terms of Service

1. About the service

AvenPick helps photographers and studios create selection galleries: clients pick their favorite photos from the browser, and the result is neatly organized and sent to WhatsApp. Your photos stay on your own Google Drive; AvenPick only displays them through the gallery (read access).

2. Account & eligibility

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The service is intended for adults or those of legal age to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Trial & subscription

AvenPick offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you may continue with a subscription to keep using all features.

Payments are made via QRIS with no auto-debit; renewal is manual and added to your active end date. Prices may change from time to time with prior notice.

4. Your content & responsibility

You represent that you have the rights to the photos and materials you display through AvenPick, and that you have obtained any necessary consent from the people photographed under applicable law.

You agree not to use the service for content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or is misleading.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to access others' accounts or data without permission, disrupting or overloading the system, reverse engineering, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Third-party services

AvenPick uses third-party services such as Google Drive (photo storage), WhatsApp (delivering results via wa.me links), hosting/database providers, and a payment provider. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms.

7. Intellectual property

AvenPick, AvenLabs, the logo, and all related software and design are owned by us and protected by law. The photos and content you upload/display remain yours.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without specific warranties. We strive to keep it reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, AvenPick is not liable for indirect damages, data loss beyond our control, or losses caused by third-party services.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
