Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data AvenPick collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. AvenPick is a client photo-selection service, part of AvenLabs.
1. Data we collect
Account data: the email address and studio/vendor name you provide at sign-up.
Project data: project name, the client name and WhatsApp number you enter, gallery settings (quota, print sizes, expiry), and the list of photos the client selects.
Technical data: session cookies for login and preferences (theme & language). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
2. Photos & Google Drive
Your photos stay on your own Google Drive. AvenPick only displays them through the gallery with read access — we do not copy or move your photo files to our servers.
3. How we use data
We use data to provide and run the service: account authentication, building galleries, recapping client picks, sending results to WhatsApp, providing support, and improving the service.
4. Payments
Subscription payments are processed via QRIS through a payment provider. We do not store your card data or payment credentials in our systems.
5. Third parties
We use trusted providers to operate the service, including: a hosting & database provider (Supabase), the Google Drive API (displaying photos), WhatsApp (delivering results via wa.me), and a payment provider. Data is shared only as needed for the service to function.
6. Storage & security
Data is kept while your account is active. You can protect gallery links with a password and an expiry. We apply reasonable security measures, but no system is entirely free of risk.
7. Your rights
You can access and update your account data via Profile & Settings, and delete your account and its data at any time via the Delete Account option.
8. Children
The service is not intended for minors. If you display photos of children (e.g. graduation/family), you are responsible for obtaining consent from a parent/guardian under applicable law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page with an updated effective date.
